Terms

General Terms Of Service:

Please read all the following terms and information carefully. We tried to write this in a way that could be understood by everyone. If you have any question please feel free to contact us.

Hosting:

Website Hosting is really no more than a folder containing documents on a computer that connects to the internet using an IP.

We take great pride and care of our web hosting servers. The installed hosting software is checked and updated daily. If you run or plan to run a website store you will be glad to know our servers are all PCI compliant.

To often websites fail and get hacked causing all your files and folders to be deleted. The management of your hosting account and website is your responsibility. Although our servers are backed up daily there is no guarantee that we have a full or current back up of your website. Back ups fail and are often deleted. Your cPanel hosting account has an easy backup system built in. Woobe customers who host with us can easily backup under the utility tab.

Design & Program Service Requests:

Web site programming and design is not cut & paste work. Even if your request is as simple as adding text to a page. Although you may think your request is small that doesn't mean it is. Most of our requests over the last decade have been custom programming. Custom programs take much long to create and involves vigorous testing. If
you have any question please feel free to contact us anytime

Current Rate for hosted customers
  • $35.00 an hour for requests under 3 hours
  • $30.00 an hour for requests under 10 hours
  • All other requests will receive a quote
  • $25 Minimum Charge

Current Rate for off Hosted customers
  • We charge a $35 connection fee per request
  • $55.00 an hour for requests under 3 hours
  • $40.00 an hour for requests under 6 hours
  • All other requests will receive a quote
  • $45 Minimum Charge

Projects over 10 hours will be quoted. If you request a change and do not receive a quote expect to pay the rates
above. We strongly recommend requesting a quote for all new requests.

Adding additional requests during a project will increase the cost and delay the completion date. We are not
required to include any additional requests in your current project. We hold the right to finish and bill before we begin work on the additional requests.

We do not take every new project requested. If your project is urgent and we are taking too long to respond please follow up with us. For the most part we do projects in the order they are received. However, someone with a major issue may delay any project that has not been started.

It is your responsibility to make sure your requested request is completed. We can not be held liable for any costs you may occur due to a delay with your project.

Design Service Payments

We require a down payment before we start a new web site project.  A standard web project is broken in to 2-3 payments. We may request additional payment during the design process. This does not mean the project will exceed the quoted price. Not paying the additional payment may place your web site project on hold.

Billing & Payments:

When you receive a bill it is due. We do offer payment plans but they must be requested before a project is started. Not paying a bill within 10 days may result in account suspension. If your account gets
suspended you may be required to pay a reactivation fee to have it turned back on.

Can't pay your hosting? Contact us and we will work something out. We understand that people run in to
problems. We will not shut your website off it you contact us. You do not need to give us a reason.

Feel like you were over charged? Contact us and we will review your invoice. Invoices are typed by a person so mistakes can occur. It is very rare that the mistake falls in our favor. Typically we deduct time off an invoice when the invoice is created. A job that is billed for 5 hours may of taken closer to 6. We round down not up.
